After a rambunctious evening last year at the Whanganui Musicians Club
Night, Wellington’s Lawnmaster are returning onFriday October 14 with a
new album and the same devil-may-care attitude. “Curable Romantic” is a 12
track slab of guitar-driven power pop, stylishly out-dated and chock full of
wry observations aimed at the thinking doom scroller. If your tastes land
anywhere between the Velvet Underground and the Replacements you
should have your itch scratched.

They are currently in the throes of getting organised to record a full album whilst still gigging at
any opportunity they can get. Playing only original earthen rock punk, “we always, always,
