Nick is a Wellington-based artist. His songs come straight from the heart, with thoughtful, soulful lyrics that draw inspiration from his personal experiences in life.

His debut album The Mountain was conceived after a chance encounter on a mountain that led to falling in love, falling apart and then falling back into the love of music.

The album was written during the Covid pandemic, Nick’s love of music had returned and he wrote 50 songs during this two year period leading to the release of his album at the end of 2023.

Nick’s musical style is inspired by the likes of Ryan Adams, The Goo Goo Dolls, Kings of Leon, Smashing Pumpkins and Ed Sheeran. Blending elements of alternative rock with deep acoustic melodies and raw, emotional vocals he creates a unique New Zealand sound.
