Come join us for a kite making workshop 
This event is part one of a 2-part event “Flying Prayers for Palestine.”
For this creative first phase, we will make and decorate kites at the workshop and attach our written prayers to them, then we will fly them at Castlecliff beach on Sunday 28th.

Flying kites has been a symbol of hope and resilience for the children of Gaza for decades. In 2011, more than 12,000 children in Gaza flew kites on the beach, setting a new world record for the most kites flown simultaneously
So come for the workshop! We have a few ideas to start you off and lots of crafty crafts for you to dig into and make something aerodynamic enough to take flight!!
